Unparalleled, exceptional experience!
I had to spend one final night in Rome solo after a very fun trip throughout Italy and let me tell you how much I wished that I stayed here longer. It was beautiful, well located, and the room itself was beautiful. What really sets this place apart though is its impeccable and considerate staff. I had to leave early the next morning for my flight and was greeted with a bag of cappuccino and breakfast treats for my ride to the airport. The lovely woman working the front desk made me a list of nearby places for dinner that she thought I would like and very kindly kept offering to assist in any way possible. I stay at a lot of places and I've been to Rome a few times, but this level of service was unparalleled. I rarely write reviews but couldn't keep this amazing experience to myself.

What a wonderful experience! ALL the staff were exceptional, super helpful, knowledgeable and went out of there way to make our stay memorable. Personalized check in, unbelievable breakfast, and finally cocktails on the beautiful rooftop terrace! The hotel itself was perfect! Location was very convenient, just off the main foot traffic routes, but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Room was super comfortable, upscale and had all the amenities. We cannot wait to come back!!

The staff went above and beyond for us in Poesis. They were extremely approachable, polite and a wealth of knowledge in regards to what to do and see. We also travelled with children which the staff made extremely welcome and were very inclusive of. The children said they felt like they were at home! The hospitality was also extremely great, and the passion of the staff was always evident. Breakfast was an exciting part of our day, particularly for the children! I will be back and have recommended Poesis to my family already!

What a joy of a hotel
This is really an experience of a hotel but it is more like the home of someone who loves design . The staff is warm and they go out of their way to help. The food was great and our rooms were very quiet although their is a restaurant outside our window.

What an amazing stay! Outstanding customer service, perfect location near the Spanish steps. The breakfast was to die for! Fresh croissants, homemade yogurt, jams, muesli, and more! Cannot say enough about this very special hotel! Will be back for a longer stay!

Superb rooms and breakfast
We had a penthouse (though it was just at level 2) for our family of 5. It was a big space, with 3 double beds, 2 really big bathrooms. The bonus is having all members under one space— which makes coordination easy. Comes with elevator. The breakfast was awesome— you order and they will cook for you. The ladies ( we seen mostly ladies) are hospitable and are friendly. We definitely miss the room and the breakfast place and the breakfast! The rooms do not provide toiletries or water boiler.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Their focus was your comfort and having an enjoyable stay. Location was great. Breakfast, a delight. The rooms were comfortable with everything you need.

Adorable hotel, lovely staff
Such a lovely hotel with the sweetest staff, we had an amazing stay. They were all so warm and welcoming and really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Nice attention to detail as well. Beautiful room and rooftop. My kids didn’t want to leave.

Good hotel but a bit of hassel with breakfast
Hotel has the perfect location, and the rooms are very nice. The problem is the breakfast. There is only 1 person, and she has to do everything, from bringing the coffee and making eggs. She is doing what she can, and I am not complaining about her, but the way that it is organised is not good enough. There need to be at least 1 - 2 extra persons, and maybe the ability to make more than 1 serving at a time would help.

Un hotel da favola
Questa struttura posizionata nel centro di Roma è arredata con una cura senza eguali. Le stanze sono ampie, dotate di ogni tipologia di comfort garantendo un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale, professionale e disponibile, permettendo al cliente di sentirsi “a casa”. La colazione è ricca e riesce a coprire diversi gusti con un vasto assortimento di proposte dolci e salate preparate al momento. È sicuramente una struttura da tener in considerazione se si vuole soggiornare nell’eleganza degli arredi firmati Lago, con uno staff capace di garantire un ottimo soggiorno nel cuore della città eterna.

Un gioiello nel cuore di Roma. Hotel nuovissimo, arredi davvero particolari e curati. Terrazza per la colazione al quinto piano con vista tetti di Roma, davvero senza prezzo.
