A room with a beautiful view!

Excellent location and excellent views. Main bed slightly dated and very very soft. Toilet smelt a little damp. Remedied with some essential oils! Would definitely return. All main attractions within walking distance 30-45mins.

No view, no elevator, no warning

I am sure this used to be a nice place, but pictures show what it looks like at the moment. We found out the elevator wasn't working only after we paid full-price on a non-refundable rate. Once we got there we saw there was also no view, as the building is currently undergoing extensive renovation. I doubt it will be done anytime soon.

Instructions

The first day was difficult because the washer is very different from what we have here in the US, it operates on a time delay system. When I tried to reach the contact on it it took several hours to get a response, the contact didn’t really understand how to do it either, so there just needs to be a better instruction for foreign travelers. The apartment itself was awesome.

Beautiful apartment, great location

Apartment was amazing! Great location! Subway , small market right outside the door. Spectacular views. Walk right across the street to plaza, shopping, restaurants, walked to Trevi fountain and picked up hop on - hop off bus from there. Took the subway to train station and then train to cruise port My only complaint is that it was difficult to reach someone when our flight was delayed and arrival time changed. I tried calling with no answer and no option to leave a message even though it was mid day. It would have been helpful to have an email option. Otherwise. I highly recommend. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, superb location

We have stayed here for couple of days. Check-in and check-out was flawless. Very friendly and customer-oriented team operates and they are more than ready to help you out with your personal requests! The apartment itself is awesome! Most importantly, the location helped us to save cab and public transport expenses and we enjoyed fabulous Rome by feet due to its superb location!

Great location and view

A great location. Nice view and we walked to all major attractions in Rome. Be careful to read the fine print because there is a significant "cleaning fee" charged per night that you have to consider when comparing this property.

Einzigartig ist der Blick über die Stadt ! Die Lage ist sehr zental, nahe an der Innenstadt, man ist gleich im Park der Villa Borghese und kann um die Ecke gut essen und Lebensmittel einkaufen.

The apartment is in a great place, next to the center and public transport. Lots of shops and restaurants are around it. The apartment itself is very old and renovated. The kitchen is equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The sofas and covers were not clean. We had to pay extra for cleaning for after we had left, but there was no cleaning during the whole weak we stayed. No sheets, no towels, no bags for the garbage, no amenities.

The views from the room was amazing. Filipe was really kind and accomadating, however, we were there for about 8 days, someone was supposed to come on the 4th day and provide fresh towels, and clean the apartment and they did not. Other than that I would stay again.

Stayed here for 5 nights. This apartment definitely wins my vote for location and size. Room was spacious. Furnished with a queen sized bed, dining table, two sofas one of which is a sofa bed. It has a kitchenette equipped with cooking hobs, microwave oven and a two door fridge. The bathroom is spacious too. Metro station is right below at the apartment. Lots of restaurants, cafes, small convenience shops around . Spanish Steps, Piazza Spagna etc are all within walking distance! Paolo who did the check-in for us was friendly and jovial. He gave us a map and shared information on getting around etc. What I DISLIKE : (1)Paid €30 for housekeeping charge but no housekeeping services throughout the 5 nights there. When asked, was told that housekeeping services will be given for 7 nights stay. Any lesser than 7 nights, you have to pay additional for housekeeping services. But I paid €30 at check-in didn't I for housekeeping services?!?! Ridiculous. (2)Hot water is available only 80 litres per day after which if you have used up all 80 litres, it will take 8 hours later for the water to be heated up. (3)Flights of stairs before you get to the elevator so if you are not a light traveller, think again.

The view was amazing! However the lights in the bathroom weren’t all working, for some reason none of the wall sockets would take my European plug which was a nightmare! It’s just a good job my friend had a different charger that seemed to fit. And luckily there was a hairdryer.....however the iron....managed to burn my favourite top even though it was on low!

Really enjoyed our stay in the cute apartment. Great location, less touristy area which I really liked. Many stunning buildings in the area and a beautiful park within a minute walk. It’s not actually far at all from the tourist area ie Coliseum Trevi fountain vatican etc Very easy walking to them, and this is what you are supposed to be doing I. Rome! However literally outside the apartment is A stop for the metro/ subway on A line. This take you to the Vatican, spainish steps (10mins walking from the apartmen), Trevi fountain. And termani station which you can change other lines. The apartment itself is better than we expected. The view is stunning and the windows.. in fact the whole apartment is bigger then it appears in the pictures. The entrance, lift and halls leading to it are a little outdated but inside is very cute, with decent internet. Other reviews mentioned water pressure which we had no problem with. Alll in all very glad we stay here instead of a hotel.

Personen som hjälpte oss med incheckningen av lägenheten var verkligen supertrevlig med jättebra rekommendationer på allt möjligt i området. Lägenheten är stor och rymlig, både sängen och soffan är jättebekväma. Utsikten från rummet är näst intill oslagbar och allting fungerar perfekt. Både bra internet och grym tv. Vattnet är drickbart på rummet vilket är ytterligare ett av alla plus!
