The Space:

Settle into the first-floor apartment featuring two double bedrooms (one can be arranged as twins), a bright dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two sleek bathrooms with showers.



High-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and heating in every room keep you comfortable after a day of sightseeing, while the private terrace on the third floor—accessed via the building’s common staircase—invites you to enjoy sunny breakfasts and sunset aperitifs.



Guest Access:

Our guests are granted exclusive access to all areas of the apartment for maximum enjoyment.



We offer a self check in option, which allows the guest to access the apartment at their preferred time after 15.00 pm.

Please note that for assistance with check-in outside of standard hours involves an extra fee of €25 for assistance after 9PM and €50 after midnight.



In the case an early check in might be needed don't hesitate to contact us: we'll do our best to adapt to your specific needs.

BuddyRent manages this apartment with care and is happy to assist you before and during your stay.



The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.
