The Little House

  • La Casetta is a small, detached cottage nestled in the greenery of Rome’s EUR villa district. It features a private entrance, a small garden, and a terrace for outdoor dining. From the cottage, you can admire tall trees
    . It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, and a Nespresso machine
    . There is plenty of parking available on the street in front of the gate. The cottage is located near Metro Line B and close to the Euroma2 Shopping Centre.
    It’s in a quiet area, ideal for a couple, but there’s also a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
    The EUR district is highly popular with tourists for its urban layout and buildings in the Italian Rationalist style. A three-minute walk away, you’ll find an adventure park and a skate park, as well as plenty of green spaces and the Laghetto dell’Eur.
    For business travellers, the area is full of offices and corporate headquarters, and the Metro takes you to Central Station in 15–20 minutes.
    By car, Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are a 20-minute drive away

Soggiorno di famiglia positivo alloggio pulita e accogliente con spazi piccoli ma ben curati e sfruttati. La posizione è molto riservata e comoda per una vacanza a Roma e littorale. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Lo Consiglio

Consigliatissimo

La zona è tranquilla a pochi passi dalla metropolitana Eur Fermi. Adatto a famiglie, ma anche a giovani coppie o a gruppo di amici per un breve soggiornoa a roma. Posto intimo e tranquillo.

Für nicht besonders anspruchsvolle, schlanke Menschen

Die Bilder lassen das Domizil größer wirken als es ist. Ameisen nach 3 Tagen. Toilette bei korpulenten=Vollkontakt mit der Wand. Dusche ebenso, kaum Platz zum Duschen. Waschmaschine +++ Sauber, gute Bus-Anbindung (haben 8 Tage lang das Auto stehen lassen, hatten Wochenticket für U-Bahn und Bus. Preis und Lage 5 Sterne (Stadtbereich und ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Lebensmittelladen und Einkaufsgallerie) Ausstattung 2 Sterne kann sich schnell verbessern.
