A comfortable apartment located on the third floor (of five in total) of a historic building equipped with an lift (NOT wheelchair accessible). To access the lift, there are steps at the entrance and an additional flight of stairs to reach the floor.

With 100 square metres of space, it accommodates 6 people.



The property is located in the San Lorenzo area (summer nighttime restricted traffic zone from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM), just over a 15-minute walk from Termini Station and the renowned La Sapienza University of Rome.



The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA. Relaxation area with a two-seater sofa, armchair, and dining table. Split-system air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with a five-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, conventional oven, Lavazza “A Mio Modo” coffee machine and moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1: Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, and a closet. Portable fan.

BEDROOM 2: Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 metres), two nightstands with lamps, and a closet. Split AC unit.

BEDROOM 3: Double sofa bed (1.60x1.90 mt), two nightstands with lamps, a desk, and a closet. Split AC unit.

BATHROOM 1: Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

BATHROOM 2: Bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink, and washing machine. PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance.

Central heating.



- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment via the Leonardo Express service to Roma Termini, which is about a 15-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 520 bound for Tuscolana/Cinecittà (9 stops), where you can transfer to Metro Line A to the “Vittorio Emanuele” stop, which is a 13-minute walk from the property.



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment in about a 15-minute walk.



- If you’re travelling by car, the apartment is located within the summer nighttime restricted traffic zone (from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM), and you can park—for a fee—on the street (blue lines) or at Garage Frank (a 4-minute walk away).



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is 6.00 € per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
