Trastevere is a very busy area , lots of restaurants lots of life , hotel near bus stops however we walked everywhere. Did not spend a lot of time in the room , was fine for what we needed , Breakfast was continental, Tea and coffee in room but no milk , shops nearby. Balcony was nice but very very busy road .

A safe and pleasant place to stay in the heart of Trastevere (IMO best place in Rome for aperitivi, dinner, drinks...) The hosts were very helpful, breakfast was plentiful It's on a main road so the sirens can be noisy during sleep time

We arrived at the property to check in and followed the steps to check in snd the gentleman would not answer his phone to 7 calls from my husbands phone and four calls from mine. We asked a passerby on the street and she called his number and he miraculously answered and said he showed our booking and he woul message my husbands phone and be there to check us in. An hour later we gave up and walked to another property and paid for a second room for the night because we had online Covid tests scheduled and needed good wifi. He called during Covid tests and tried to argue with my husband that what happened did not happen. We want our money back and are trying to go through the steps to get refunded now. We had trip insurance. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

A great spot. Rooms were rather noisy as the walls were thin and a tram line outside but we had a great time and the staff team were lovely. Only a 20 minute walk from the Roma Trastevere Railway station that is on the line to the Rome–Fiumicino '"Leonardo da Vinci' International Airport.

comfortable and convenient short stay
convenient location for Rome central. Tram line close by and short walk into Trastevere restaurants. free parking has to be a short walk away from the centre - not a problem - visitors just need to be away. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. small recommendation would be for guests to be told to use the lift on staircase D on the right of the entry lobby. Good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Good coffee. We stayed for just one night at the end of a few days in Italy. good for a quick stop off in Rome and only35 mins to Fiumicino airport.

Close to everything
Overall the hotel was nice. Basic Airbnb style with 3-4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and balcony, and a shared communal area used for breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast staff were very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily with the basic amenities you need for a city break. The location is quite central with most areas of interest give or take a 15 minute walk away. Plenty of nice bars, cafes and restaurants close by. The only issue we faced was the initial check-in process. Due to arriving later than expected we found it quite difficult to contact the staff to let us into the building. The hotel is on the top floor of an apartment building with a gated entry. We were waiting around 30-45 minutes to enter the premises. However, up until this point Edoardo was very easy to contact and helpful in giving advice on how to reach the area by public transport. Top Floor Travastere provided us with everything we needed during our stay at a very decent price.

The owners were very nice, they even recommended places to eat. We arrived late and he waited for us. The breakfast was good. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had air conditioning.

I would stay here again the next time I come to Rome. The rooms were really clean, the balcony was nice in addition to the other amenities such as air conditioning and breakfast in morning. The location is really ideal, too. It is not too far from major attractions and wonderful restaurants.

Very small room.
This should be classified as a bed and breakfast not a hotel. The room was VERY small and we didn’t even have enough space to open our suit cases. The lobby is actually one of the rooms inside the apartment and the staff are only there during the daytime. When we arrived, we had to call so they could buzz us in the gate to the building common entrance. We then had figure out how to get to the apartment which is located on the sixth floor of the building. If you’re looking for a bed and breakfast, then it’s ok but it’s NOT a hotel.

We were very happy with our room. It had a small balcony where we sat out and had lunch, which we bought from a great Deli on the corner. It was on the 6 th floor so it had a good view. The room was clean and the decoration was modern and the air conditioning worked well! What more could you want.

This stay felt like I was living like a local and I loved that! Lift access for the lazy otherwise 6 flights of stairs up but worth it! Lovely room and having a balcony overlooking the tree tops was a real bonus! Very friendly and helpful staff, a nice breakfast overlooking a beautiful view. Very central too with easy access to public transport taking you straight in to the city centre - all in all a very enjoyable experience - would definitely return!

One night in Rome
Check in was easy but be aware that this is not a "Hotel". More of a guest house on the sixth floor of a building. The room was comfortable and modern. Breakfast was provided and check out was quick and easy. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Perfekt placering, dejligt værelse med balkon
Edoardo og Roxanne var super venlige og søde, god service fra Edoardo inden vi ankom. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og servicen var i top, meget sødt personale! Stille værelse med balkon og god udsigt! Perfekt placering med gå afstand til seværdigheder, tæt på sporvogn og station.

Leuk hotel, drukke straat.
Erg leuke buurt. Wel wat lawaai van de drukke straat. De juffrouw die het ontbijt verzorgt is ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig. Dit was een super goed begin van de dag. 🙂 Fijne schone kamers. Jammer dat we 45 euro voor de transfer naar Ciampino moesten betalen terwijl hiervoor standaard prijzen in Rome zijn van 30 euro.

Jeg vil fremhæve den fantastisk gode service fra den unge ukrainske pige, som sørgede for morgenmad og ordnede værelset. Det eneste, som jeg ikke brød mig om, var den lille bitte elevator, men der var trapper op til 6. sal.

Lekker klein hotel in fijne wijk.
Vriendelijk onthaal door Oksana, de gastvrouw. Kamer en badkamer zijn modern ingericht. Alles was netjes bijgehouden, geen stof, vieze plekken of iets dergelijks. Fijn terras met leuk uitzicht. Elke morgen genoten van een heerlijk ontbijt (niets groots maar voldoende) met heerlijk gemaakte koffie door Oksana.

Det hade blivit fel vid vår bokning, så vi hade bokat ett trebäddsrum men bara för två personer. Det löste sig och vi fick bo där alla tre med en tilläggskostnad på 20€, men trots att vi betalade till (säkert till det pris som skulle varit för tre personer) så fick vi inga sängkläder. Annars var rummet bra, liksom läget.

Första gången i Trastevere området. Läget var utmärkt för promenad till Vatikanen, Piazza Navona samt Pantheon. Mysiga gränder med många bra matställen.
