Valle Aurelia Elegant Apartment

A comfortable apartment located on the fourth floor (of six in total) of a building with an lift (NOT wheelchair accessible). There are two steps at the entrance.

With 70 square metres of space, it accommodates four people and features two bedrooms.



The area is very convenient, very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica. The Historic Centre, as well as Trastevere, Prati, and Testaccio, are all easily accessible. The metro station, a five-minute walk away, allows you to get around Rome with ease.



The interior layout is as follows:



LIVING AREA. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

Sofa and TV. Split-type air conditioner.

BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, desk, and closet. Split-type air conditioner. Private bathroom.

BATHROOM 1 (inside Bedroom 1). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hair dryer.

BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, desk, and closet. Split-type air conditioner. Access to the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs.

BATHROOM 2. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and clothesline.

Building-wide heating with thermostatic valves.



Connected to Termini Station via bus lines 40 and 46 or Metro Line A to the Valle Aurelia stop.



Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum are accessible via bus line 46; the stop is right in front of the building.



From the airport, you can take a bus or train to Termini Station, and then take bus lines 40 or 46—the stop is right in front of the apartment—or Metro Line A to the Valle Aurelia stop, which is a 5-minute walk away.



The accommodation is just a few metres from Metro Line A (Valle Aurelia stop) and the train station (F3 Rome-Viterbo line).



The accommodation is located near the Vatican Museums; St. Peter’s Square is a 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute metro ride. In 15 minutes, you’ll be at the Spanish Steps, Via Veneto, or inside Termini train station.



You can find free street parking or use one of the nearby paid car parks:

- Autorimessa Pieralice, Via Giacinto De Vecchi Pieralice 12; the rate is 2 euros per hour / 15 euros per day

- Aurelia Parking, Via Carlo Pascal 34; the rate is 3.5 euros per hour / 18 euros per day

- Garage Centrale, Via Giacomo Giri 32; the rate is 3 euros per hour / 15 euros per day



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of problems, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
