A Cozy Home Away from Home Near the Vatican

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment! It was cozy, comfortable, and truly felt like home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Vatican and close to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. It made exploring Rome super convenient. Nicole was incredibly helpful and personable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including arranging a driver for our airport pickup and drop-off. It took a lot of stress off our travel, and we really appreciated her attention to detail and care throughout our stay. We’re so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome, especially if you want a welcoming and stress-free experience near the Vatican!

The property is located very close to the Vatican Museums; it looks exactly like the photos, but it smells musty. The worst part was that we encountered a mishap involving my son's passport and lost two days of our stay. It was truly an unexpected and unfortunate setback. We explained the situation to the person in charge and asked—as a favor—that they take the circumstances into account and refund us for at least one of the two days we lost; however, there wasn't the slightest bit of empathy or interest in helping.
