  • Cozy, big and comfortable apartment next to St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican (1 mins walk), Mausoleum of Hadrian (aka Castel Sant'Angelo) and the Vatican Museums (both 10 mins walk away).
    Shopping district around Via Cola di Rienzo is just 5 mins walk away.
    The “Ottaviano” metro station is just 10 minutes on foot and three stops away from Spanish Steps and Rome historic center.
    The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing location to visit Rome.
    The apartment is composed of 3 double bedrooms (bed size 160 x 190 cms) each with an ensuite bathroom (two with shower and one with tube and separated shower), a living room with dining zone, a kitchenette and another bathroom with shower.
    The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV (in the living room), autonomous air conditioning (fan coils in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating (through fan coils), Nespresso, kettle and toaster.

    Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

    Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
    As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
    For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 200 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
    Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
    Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Great place to stay in Rome!

We loved the location so close to the Vatican and walkable to the Pantheon, Forum, Spanish steps, etc. The apartment was modern, clean, and bright. Only suggestion would be for some area rugs in living area and bathrooms. Otherwise, we highly recommend this location.

10/10 all around! Short walk to the Vatican and only 1 block away from St. Anne’s. Close to many restaurants and nice friendly neighborhood. Host was responsive and very helpful.
