Dear Mrs Chris, thank you for reviewing our Hotel. We are very sorry that you did not like our rooms. The rooms are indeed 'Deluxe' the furniture and quality of all materials are extremely precious and it has all comfort facilities that a deluxe rooms should have. Also regarding the polystyrene cups they are there for a specific reason: hygiene. When I personally go to Hotels which have mugs in the room I always think if they have been sterilized properly. Also because a mug might seem clear but maybe the previous guest might have used it and the cleaner does not see the necessity to clean it. Single use cups are much more clean and secure to use. It is not a 'cheap' choice but rather a clean solution. We wish you a pleasant day Kindest regards

Gentile Signore come le abbiamo spiegato al check in, era in corso un intervento tecnico che non potevamo rimandare , non le abbiamo chiesto di appoggiarsi in camera delle sue figlie perchè era comodo per noi, bensì non avevamo altre stanze disponibili libere in quanto l'hotel era in piena occupazione; sarebbe stata nostra premura in primis sistemarla alternativamente in un altra stanza Chiarito questo punto siamo molto felici che alla fine abbia gradito la sua sistemazione e che abbia apprezzato la nostra posizione Grazie per il suo feedbackCordialmenteAuroraCustomer Care
