    Featuring 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it offers spacious and bright rooms for a comfortable stay.
    Carefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, it’s the perfect base for exploring Rome, with the metro just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions.
    This elegant apartment features a long hallway that provides access to every room.
    The triple bedroom: the largest room in the entire apartment, measuring 20 square metres, with a double bed and a single sofa bed featuring a 20-centimeter-thick mattress that will be set up upon the guest’s request. 43" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and all streaming platforms.
    The living room/bedroom: designed to function both as a living room and as a separate bedroom, featuring a "queen-size" sofa bed with a 20-centimeter mattress. 43" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and all streaming platforms.

    The kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook any dish you’d like—perfect for making breakfast or preparing a traditional dinner.
    Laundry area: We also provide guests with full access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
    Rounding out the apartment is a balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif or unwind at the end of the day.
    We provide our guests with all the linens needed for their stay and a welcome kit with shampoo, soap, and body wash.
    We like to welcome our guests in person between 15:00 - 21:00. After that, a surcharge will apply, but check-in is still possible at any time.

We loved our short stay at Cyprus! Roldofo was responsive to our questions - particularly about parking our rental car - and on our arrival day Federica guided us to a covered parking lot, and then was there to greet us at the apartment. After showing us all of the amenities at the apartment, Federica then provided us with a map of the area and helped us plan our tour of Rome since we were only there for one day. The apartment is beautiful, was very comfortable for our family (four adults) and located withing walking distance to Rome attractions and restaurants. When we come back to Rome for a longer stay, we will definitely stay at Cyprus!
