This bright apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Ostia, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and about 6 minutes walk from the Stella Polare stop of the Rome-Lido railway, which allows you to reach the center of Rome in about 30-40 minutes. Its strategic position near the sea and not far from the city makes this structure the ideal place for those looking for a seaside but also cultural holiday. The apartment is located on the third floor (without elevator) and consists of two large double bedrooms, one of which with a balcony overlooking the sea, a third bedroom with a single bed, a large living room with a sea view, a kitchen with a service balcony, and two bathrooms with large showers recently renovated. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, wifi internet, washing machine, air conditioning (present in all bedrooms and in the living room) and fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is residential and equipped with all kinds of services. A few minutes walk there are 2 supermarkets (one of which specializes in organic products), a bank, restaurants, bars and pubs etc. Parking is free on the street and easy to find. The Roman coast is characterized by a sandy bottom, by several stretches of free and free beach and by countless bathing establishments that offer the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and cabins. In front of the house you will immediately find a free beach and 2 beautiful private bathing establishments. Walking on the promenade, you will find many fish restaurants and several small bars, perfect for cooling off while sipping a drink with your feet immersed in the sand. Ostia is a neighborhood almost as big as a city and for this reason it offers many services. It also has a very nice and large pedestrian center, full of restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and shops of various kinds; Sports enthusiasts will not be disappointed by the beautiful cycle path available along the sea. The splendid excavations of Ostia Antica are only 3 train stops away and can be reached in just 10 minutes from the apartment. Fiumicino airport is also a short distance away and can be easily reached both by public transport and by car.

Non e cosi come sembra sulle foto.Cucina arredata poco, tutto tropo consumato.Il posto vicino al mare, non tanto lontano dal centro.Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. mancava l'ascensore!
