  • Welcome to your bright and spacious Roman retreat—just steps from the city's most iconic landmarks like the Vatican, Navona Square, and Castel St.Angelo. Located in a historic building, this elegant 75sqm offers a mix of charm, comfort, and location. The unit was fully renovated in 2025. NOTE: Until August 2026, the building's facade will be fully covered and have scaffolding outside (please see the photos). This will block the views and any natural light.

Great location and good size apartment! Walkable to pretty much all the major attractions to see in Rome. Also close to many bus stops so it’s very easy to get around if you don’t feel like walking in the summer heat! The apartment was clean and spacious, it was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). AC worked amazing during the crazy heat wave we experienced while visiting. Shower pressure was also very good. We even made use of the washer/dryer (1 machine with both functions, something we are not used to in the US). Kitchen felt well stocked with pots/dishes/appliances. Communication was good with our hosts. I can’t remember if the listing mentioned it or not so it’s worth mentioning that there is no elevator and it’s on the first floor of the building (with somewhat steep/angled steps). It was a little hassle carrying the stroller up and down each time we left the apartment, but that was minor in comparison to the value of the apartment and location. We had an overall great stay and would definitely recommend the apartment!

Only complaint is that the building was under scaffolding, (Nov 2025) and the entryway looked like you were coming in to a crack house, which scared my wife as we arrived after dark. But great location and the interior was perfect.
