"I had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo. The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The main area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which felt somewhat limited. It would be great to see a wider and more varied choice, particularly with more options to cater to different tastes. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location with friendly and attentive staff."

"This is a good hotel. It's located in a nice location. It's on a small hill right above Old Town Sarajevo, making it a pleasant and easy walk down to many restaurants and interesting places. My room was fine. Clean and comfortable, but small. I really liked the soaps and shower products in the bathroom. They smelled incredible. My only real complaint is that a sensor of some kind was constantly blinking on the ceiling above my bed. It wasn't indicating trouble, it just blinked with a small bright flash every few seconds. It was annoying and it's hard to believe that anyone would install such a thing in a bedroom. Overall, this was a decent hotel."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It is excellent, with Baščaršija, restaurants, cafés and most of the main sights all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or other meals, and there is also a café just outside the hotel. The main thing to be aware of is that there is no lift. We were staying on the top floor, so there were quite a lot of stairs to climb up and down every day. This could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Breakfast is very basic, but it is just about enough to get you going in the morning. I do wish they started serving it a little earlier, especially for guests leaving early on full-day tours. Despite these small drawbacks, I would still give the hotel 5 stars. The location is hard to beat, the hotel worked very well for our stay, and having so much within walking distance made exploring Sarajevo extremely easy."

"Quaint, adorable place with extremely accessible locations close to all things in old town. Comfy beds! AC could have been a little better, but was still kept the room cool. The only thing I suggest is bringing an eye mask if your sensitive to light, as the room we were in overlooked the center of the markets and street lights were on all night. There are curtains but they do not block the light completely. Would stay here again!!!"

"This hotel is stone throw away from Center of the Old Town Sarajevo. You are in the city in 2 minutes. Hotel is quiet, staff is super friendly and helpful. However, do not expect 5 star hotel. You get a small room, very nice homemade breakfast, but if you are in Sarajevo to explore and sight see - that is all you need. Ask them to make you Bosnian coffee with breakfast."
