"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

Capisco che la gestione è subentrata ad Ottobre, quindi recente, e che deve necessariamente passare una fase di rodaggio e affinamento. Senza dubbio il prsonale tutto è estremamante cortese, gentile e ha risolto bene le impefezioni notate. "Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "
