Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff were great, attentive and friendly. The receptionist organised a taxi for us when it was snowing really hard, most taxi firms were not answering (I guess due to weather) but she persevered and managed to get us to train station for our onward travel.
