"Beautiful place, perfect for 2 night romantic stay..Not sure if I want to stay more than that, but if you want to unwind completely that this is a place for you. They have one restaurant with really great food, drinks are not cheap but they have happy hour so that's the plus. I just wish they would do something like sunrise yoga or just play calming musing during the dinner ..the bar is very quiet, and would be good if staff would speak a little bit of basic English, but overall beautiful...

"After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. Given boats run only until 9am and transport can cost as much as two nights’ stay, this should be clearly stated before booking – we could easily have missed the first night. "This is a great alternative to the hotels that are on the island. But it is an econo Lodge. Meaning limited power and water. It does give a real feel for the colonial living of the island. And for my overnight stays between diving it fit the need."

"The ac was good. They had power shut downs at least 2 times between 4 and 6 but we were enjoying the pool anyway. No big deal. The people were friendly and they even gave us free coffee. The scuba diving company on site was excellent Diving Planet. Make sure you go out at least once. They also allow lionfish hunting. I caught 21 with my friend. Highly recommend it for some R&R. "
