"Clean room and no pets "

"The flooring in the room felt sandy from the moment we first entered the room. I would expect that if I had brought it in on my shoes, but we came from parking to the room. My opinion would be some type of mat at the door entrance, inside so wind doesn't blow them away. Not any fault of the hotel, but people in next room came in late, were loud and opened/closed sliding door several times. The doors drag and scrape. "

"I had a wonderful time there. There wasn't a better hotel i would have stayed at. The staff was amazing an respectful! The breakfast food was amazing and quite delicious 10/10 lol But there was one issue, the first room i was giving was perfect to the tea but the ony issue was the door had an issue with locking. But no worries because the FD supervisor had easily exchange my room to the better convenience "
