Charming renovated detached house with private swimming pool

Located in the peaceful Mas Busca neighbourhood, in Rosas, this fully renovated house offers an ideal setting for family holidays, just 1500 metres from the beach and close to all amenities.

The house includes:

•Two comfortable bedrooms inside,

•A third independent bedroom accessible from the outside, equipped with a dressing room, a bathroom with WC and a fan (no air conditioning in this room).

You will enjoy a beautiful private garden, perfectly maintained, with garden furniture and barbecue for relaxing outdoor moments.

The main room is air-conditioned, and a private parking space is located directly on the fully enclosed plot.

The independent kitchen, completely new, is perfectly equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, complete utensils and crockery, as well as a coffee maker.

Entertainment: 1 TV with satellite (French channels).

Villa magnifique

Points positifs: Magnifique villa, disposant d'une très belle terrasse et piscine, propreté irréprochable. Points négatifs: chambre extérieur sans climatisation invivable, chaleur insupportable. Oublier l'utilisation d'une place de parking intérieur si vous ne disposez pas au minimum d'un SUV. Chemin pour se rendre à la plage le plus proche, très dangereux vous devez longer la route sans protection et pour finir la villa n'est pas si tranquille que ça, route devant très passagère, nous passerons aussi en détail le bruit incessant généré par les travaux de la maison d'en face mais à la décharge du propriétaire qui n'y est pour rien. sintérieur si vous disp

El alojamiento nos ha parecido perfecto, íbamos con dos personas mayores y para su movilidad ha sido muy bueno. La limpieza no era excelente pero correcta.
