A junction of paths Straight on leads to Cloughfold, behind me to Whitewell Bottom and left to Edgeside. It is surprisingly flat for a hilltop.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower and bathroom facilities were exceptional. The only minor negative was that I could hear the building's air-con/heating system all night which was very loud. I did not mention it as I was only staying for one night
