"Nice location and clean. Restaurant and bar were good. Staff was friendly and accomodating, even serving us in restaurant just as they were about to close. Front desk also had maintenance track down some duct tape so we could repair a broken air hose on CPAP machine late on a Saturday night just before leaving early the next morning for a week long cruise. The only disappointment was that they didn’t offer free shuttle service to the cruise ship ports."

"Upon our arrival I was made to wait in order to check in due to an unhappy guest complaining to the front desk agent. Once I was able to check in , it was mentioned that there would be a power outage at the hotel the next day. This power outage would take place for approximately three hours beginning at 11:00am. Luckily we were leaving the next morning as my daughter and I were placed on the 11th floor. I believe this outage was due to construction that was taking place in the hotel on the roof above our room. I understand hotels do need to renovate, but I feel bad for the guests that would need the elevators and air conditioning the following day. The view from the room was beautiful but the "balcony" was just for standing so we sat with the door open. Not that we really needed it, but the tv also didn't work. Not really the town that I would vacation in, but it was a good place to spend the night."
