"I chose the hotel for is location. It was clean, had a lovely bathroom & the family room was spacious. I would use it again. There are no facilities there other than in the room. Plenty of towels. Plenty of parking."

"Efficient and friendly staff at reception, made check in easy. Stayed in a double room which had tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though. Good size desk for working on, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. Fridge, iron, ironing board, safe and hair dryer also in the room. Shower was ok, large area but could be more powerful. Water was hot and bottles of soap/shampoo were available, although the soap was empty so I would recommend checking before taking a shower. A good size Buffet Breakfast was available with a good selection of items, but as seems to be normal these days, the temperature was warm rather than hot for the food. Very clean room, as well as communal areas, and an efficient A/C unit in the room too. Large TV with good selection of channels. The only real issue is that there is no parking or discount available. Trinity is close by but at £38+ for overnight, it was nearly half the cost of the room."

"Only stayed overnight to attend show at city hall which was 4min walk away great location for bar's and city didn't use any of the facilities as was only there overnight room was comfy and clean nut a bit dated there was a lift to rooms which was very helpful as I struggle with stairs check and checkout was very good didn't have food or drink in hotel as we went out to eat before show would stay again"

"Clean but austere room, could do with some furniture as it was large but empty and would have liked somewhere to put my clothes and suitcase, same with the bathroom, nothing in there to put your stuff on; small shelf or something would have been fine. Wet room was okay but the floor unfortunately allows the water to flow over to the toilet side and not drain away which was a bit awkward. Good AC, comfy bed. Nice small restaurant with a very basic breakfast, would have liked some veggie options rather than just eggs and beans! Clean and smart. Friendly enough staff."
