Trappers Cabin, Tiny home, Romantic get away

"We had an amazing time at "Trappers Cabin". The host, Michelle, was very easy to work with and she is incredibly friendly to talk to. The cabin is gorgeous with beautiful rustic and vintage decor. The bed is extremely comfortable and we left feeling so rejuvenated. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and become one with nature. Deer visit everyday and I HIGHLY recommend that guests take Michelle up on her recommendations. She knows the area very well and she will provide you wonderful hidden gems. I highly recommend the Trappers Cabin for a perfect romantic weekend getaway. Thanks for the hospitality Michelle! We will be back!"

"We had a great stay. The house was comfortable. We didn't need to ask the host for anything because everything we needed and more was readily available in the home. The farm animals on-site were entertaining and seem to respect quiet hours . I had a good conversation with the goats one evening. If you haven't experienced a conversation with an adult goat rent this place and enjoy. Thank you for a great country getaway that is very dog welcoming not just tolerant. Fresh on-site fresh eggs were an amazing bonus."

"This was the perfect house for our large family gathering. The house was big enough that our group felt comfortable, not crowded. The gym with pickleball, ping pong and basketball provided great indoor activity options. Outside, there was disc golf, swings, sandbox and easy access to the river. For the river, there were kayaks and paddle boards. Truly, this was a home way from home and not one detail was overlooked."

"This place exceeded my expectations! If I could give this place more stars, I would! The entire house is exactly as listed. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay! The decor and details inside the house made it so cozy and charming. The host was super friendly, and communication was easy with quick responses.It was lovely to see so much wildlife each day. From deer, to squirrels, to turkeys - Coffee in the mornings was never boring. I will use this same house on my next visit!"

"Charming barn style home. Centered right in between silverwood theme park and Sandpoint which makes access easy in either direction. Just enough off the beaten path for seclusion without feeling like you may never get found in an emergency. Home is clean and well stocked, bathrooms full of fluffy towels and soaps as needed. Extra blow up mattress- just in case. With additional blankets in every nook you know there should be blankets. Owner provided fresh farm eggs which absolutely saved my party of 7 the following morning when we realized we just drove through to get there instead of stopped at the store. Owner is very responsive and on top of any questions you might have. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit."

"We booked this for a large family reunion and it turned out better than I could have hoped. Everyone had room to relax and catch up. The bedrooms were huge! We prepared many meals, and the kitchen was easy to use- having two refrigerators was really convenient too. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults- especially the ping pong table.The noise from the highway and trains was noticeable the first night, but we got accustomed to it quickly and slept better the following nights. We actually really enjoyed watching all the train activity and seeing all the different cargo being transported.Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!!"
