"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

"When I arrived, it was after front desk hours. My room key was attached to a name tag located on a shelf in front of the office check-in window. Unique, but it worked. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was served buffet style. A "lake" across the street was almost not visible from the hotel. Parking in front of the building was adequate. Hotel is ok for a one-night stay. I felt it is a bit overpriced. The lovely town of Baden-Baden is nearby (driving distance)."

"Perfect for solo travelers and amso saw families during my stay. It is close to the train station but very silent at night. Breakfast is good and well presented."

"Upon arrival I had not received the digi code for keyless entry, and called the displayed number. The key was not ready yet, but the owner was very helpfull and came with 10 minutes. I even got a bigger room. Very thankfull !"
