Tiny room, very misleading. The power in our room tripped when we plugged in a phone charger! Dodgy! It didn’t even have a shower. The bathroom was the shower. I also left my own pillow in the room and came back an hour later and they couldn’t find it. The front desk was no help at all. They told me to come back tomorrow when the housekeepers would be there!

Lovely modern rooms. The best steak I ever had from the restaurant. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. Spotlessly clean Only spoiled by noise from outside but it is in the city centre

The staff is what makes this property remarkable. They were all so accommodating to my questions and needs. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel is safe and clean. Showers are small, just something to keep in mind. Overall, wonderful experience, would definitely recommend.

I ain’t mad, but I’m not ecstatic.
Nice staff, good location, amazing breakfast. Tiny room, horrid pillows, shower that simply flooded the floor anytime you used it. $400/night was definitely too much for what we received.

2 Night Stay
Staff and receptionists very polite, friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable (had an amazing sleep on both nights!) Hotel was well placed and central to the city, only a 15 minute taxi to the Santa Claus Village and the airport. Breakfast was nice and cosy, and had a decent offering. We didn't get chance to try the restaurant on an evening. Would stay here again.

Great hotel
No major concerns. The only comment I can think of was our rooms bathroom had see through glass and you could see about half of some one in the shower from outside the room.

Found out a week after our stay in the hotel that my spare iPhone was missing. Reached out to the hotel and they immediately responded. Their cleaning crew found my fone and they were so quick to respond. They shipped it back to me after verifying that it was really mine. Good, accommodating and honest people. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic all around
This hotel is in the heart of the city, and was simply fabulous. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful! We ate dinner in the hotel and again the food was simply delicious! Breakfast was included and we couldn’t wait to wake up to eat!

This hotel is situated in an excellent location to the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. And, the restaurant and breakfast area offers a great selection of food and beverages. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

At least they could have served a free bottled water instead you’ll have to pay €3.5 There wasn’t anything special about this place. The only think I like is the cute reindeer on your bed which you have to buy!

Great location
Nice location, lovely local cuisine restaurant though a but towards the fine dining price tag, but food is nice. Good to have Santa Claus bus stop right outside the hotel which make it a lot more convenient to get around the airport, Santa Claus village and Santa Park. About 15min walk to Artitkum museum which is also a plus if you also look for a place to hunt the Northern light. We enjoyed our stay there and we surely recommend travellers to stay there in Rovaniemi.
