We stayed for one night, 2 adults and 1 child. Rooms were good size and great bathroom. Double bed was comfortable however the sofa bed wasn’t. Hotel is located close to the Naava cafe and just round the corner from City Santa. Breakfast was good, all very relaxed

The property itself is absolutely exquisite with all the decorations. The staff from the moment we arrived to reception extending to the bar staff for evening cocktails was absolutely superb. The true feeling of Christmas and Finland was all about!! Loved it every single moment.

Festive, spacious cottage style cabins with Christmas lights and other decorations. Set back off the road in the trees. Lots of activities for families. Close to the airport.

First of all, the property is quite deceiving. I booked a suite and it's not around the cottages. The rooms were actually at the back of the property and it's quite a hike to get to the main building for breakfast. The unit was not worth the price as it offers minimal. You're better of spending that money at Nova Skyland. Upon entering our unit, What welcomed us is a dirty used rug upon opening the room. Called front desk and they just said "you want me to send the housekeeping back?". Well, housekeeping shouldn't need to come back upon check in. Then, there were some bugs coming out of the shower and bathroom sink. I wasn't happy spending my money here. Spend it somewhere else.

This place made my spouse feel like they were a kid again and they truly enjoyed it. My kids loved it and enjoyed every last bit of it. The only thing we probably didn’t like was the price and options for food. Overall great location and experience.

Santa Claus Village was a great place to stay for a few nights. We left there to travel to Levi. Unfortunately, most of the staff, including the young girls at the Information desk, weren’t able to help us with our journey options however eventually I spoke to Laura (from Italy) on reception who went out of her way to assist us with our onward plans. In terms of the hotel itself, it was a great location. The room was spacious with a lovely sauna although my two kids found the sofa bed uncomfortable for 3 nights. On the whole though, a nice experience and would recommend for a few nights.

Magical Winter Wonderland
We had such a magical stay at Santa Claus Holiday Village. We stayed 4 nights which we feel was the perfect amount of time to fully enjoy all of the incredible activities the village has to offer. It really is something out of a picture book, what a winter wonderland! The room was super clean, perfect amount of space for the three of us. I will say our room had a kitchenette and to me that didn't make much sense, but we did appreciate the glasses and sink. The sauna in the room was such a fantastic touch, really looked forward to that experience after each day being out in the snow. Easy to walk to all of the attractions and restaurants/shops. Each and every single staff member we encountered was so incredibly kind and helpful.

Beautiful cottage and magical place. Big space comes with filtered coffee maker and private sauna. The only way to the village is by bus at 8 Euros per person or taxi or drive. Depending on timing, the buses do not run 24hrs so for early departure timings such as 0915am or 0950am, only way is to book taxi which is cheaper at 20 Euros.

Magical place
One of the most amazing places that we have visited as a family. The village is like something from a post card. At every turn, it was magical with the perfect dusting of snow. The cabin was warm, cosy and ideal for our family. It had a small fridge, microwave and a small hob. Beds were comfy and linens very soft. There are endless activities that kept us occupied for our 3 day stay. Food in the restaurants was very expensive and not to the standard I'd have expected for the price- that is my only negative.

It was a dream come true. The lighting, the uniqueness of each area, some felt like a little cute village. Finnish architectural style and the comfort of having a sauna was terrific. Friendly staff made it a great experience. Have mentioned this to family and friends.

A nice cabin with sauna which is great, and with a small kitchenette for cooking. Good spread of breakfast from 7-10am. The only thing is the road condition to the cabin is not good during our stay. Easy access to Rovaniemi city centre with shuttle buses and can visit Santa Claus village with Santa claus post office, arctic circle line, overall a pleasant stay

A very cozy and very spacious place to stay with family. Property is a bit run down and can use some updates but it was charming and had a good holiday feel even in the summer! Dining options are not great quality. Several restaurants but food not great. We loved it for the charm and holiday feel. It was also so quiet and peaceful at night. We would return.

Quiet, cleaning and comfortable accommodation. Just like a home feeling. Staff was very nice and always smile. However the pillows was too small and towel not enough for the in house sauna use. Wish there were more accessible ramps for the suitcase.
