"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"A fantastic apartment in the centre of Rovinj. Had all the essentials, comfortable, quiet, good a/c and clean. The communication was amazing nothing was a problem. The roof top terrace is worth the price alone, though the steps maybe a problem for some but worth it. Would absolutely happily stay agai reasonable price (€7 a day) parking 10 mins away."

"The bathroom shower had mold growing and the shower head did not work. We notified them and they put some caulking on some of the mold but, did not fix the shower head. Luckily there was a shower wand we could use. The drinking cups had what looked like toothpaste residue. Around the sink was dusty and dark mold like areas. The floor looked dirty too but, they claimed that is just the tile "look". That may be. "

Our room was so clean and decorated with modern features. It had everything we needed, I wanted to stay longer. The location is a 3 minute walk to the central plaza of Rovinj. The staff was helpful in restaurant recommendations and reservations. LOVED the Melegran!"

Apartment was nice, however, we were on the top floor with a terrace which was described as a 'private terrace', but the room next door had access across our terrace. If the door to the two top rooms (15 & 16) was left open, we found people who had booked rooms without a terrace using our terrace. This happened on three separate occasions and got quite frustrating. You are dependant on your neighbour remembering to close the door, but this could be resolved easily with a sign on the door to the two apartments saying 'private terrace'."
