"This hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. When one of our group needed a reading light, the front desk person gave us his! In 312, we had some problems with the toilet not o flushing, but they did offer to give us a new room. All in all, it was a very nice stay! We enjoyed the alcove restaurant next-door. Good food and service. Workout room was well equipped."

"We really liked the pool and appreciated they stayed open the additional half and hour. The whole building was extremely clean and welcoming. We like the added security of the key in the elevator. The only problem we encountered was paying to park. We had no idea we would need the additional $70 to park for a 2 night stay. "

"Absolutely perfect property for our group of 5 for a long weekend in Pittsburgh. The house is beautifully renovated and a lot of care was put into creating a space for an excellent getaway experience. Jordan was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my messages. Highly recommend!"
