"The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing!!! We enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises and the dolphins from our balcony each morning. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was one maintenance issue but Jan addressed it immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here!!! I would rate it a 10/10!!!"

"I can’t say enough about our stay. We stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 42nd Anniversary. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Our host Nancy thought of everything to make our vacation stress free. She was quick to respond and accommodate changes in our plans. Communication was outstanding. I felt like we were renting from a trusted friend. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the island highlights like horseback riding, fort clinch, beachfront dining and historical downtown. Each night we would relax with a cocktail on the balcony. Listening to the waves and watching the lightening show in the sky was a nightly treat for us. You will leave here already planning a return trip. Thank you to Nancy and Team."

"Fantastic property. Great views, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped with kitchen and beach supplies. The host, Amelia Island Getaways was very responsive and helpful, answering all questions and checking in halfway through our vacation to make sure all was good. Overall wonderful experience."

"They must wash their linens off property because the washer and dryer in the condo was basically unusable. The washer smelled and was dirty. The dryer didn't dry; it just made our towels wet and hot instead of just wet. Not a bad place to stay in the area, but not my favorite either if you're wanting good beach views. Loved the wildlife in the dunes, though. Turtles and rabbits. Loved that there was a hose so you could wash everything off out on the deck and leave to dry."

"Host was most accommodating as we were dealing with a difficult situation due to a problem and having to move from another VRBO property. All was in place. Our only complaint was the remodeling taking place outside which started at 6:45 every am, however we were warned about this ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location and well decorated. All the beds were very comfortable. As others mentioned, the layout is a bit odd with the nearest bathroom being a few flights of stairs above the living room. It would have been nice to have updated beach accessories like chairs and umbrellas. Fortunately after reading reviews, we brought our own. Overall, though, it definitely suited our needs for our annual family get together. Our group was very pleased."
