Very convenient to Stansted airport. Property rather run down. Room was large, comfortable and warm. Staff were helpful and friendly. Shops within easy walking distance. Easy access by car.

Sadly, there is no lift and for my wife to climb to the third floor was a challenge. We understand that the listed status of the building does not permit a lift. Could this be reviewed? Otherwise a lovely hotel.

Management amazing small issue sorted quickly and with a genuine attitude and a smile. Anthony on the door and Mohammed the head porter are both extremely welcoming and accommodating.
