we stayed a couple of days and found the room to be excellent, very clean, comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen dept for a short stay, really good pub over the road within staggering distance! would certainly stay again
Lots of amenities and a really comfortable stay, way better than I expected! I just wasn’t sure how to turn on the bathroom heater and got a bit confused with the shower at first, but I’d definitely come back again.
Another excellent stay in "The Tack Room" beautifully clean, comfy bed, so handy to have a fridge and microwave, great " before arrival information " water, tea, coffee and snacks are also provided. This was our second visit here and can't wait to return again in the future.
Amazing little find and great location when you like a little bit of quiet village but near decent road links
Very clean and cozy will be on my short list for midlands travel

Good stopover
Good communication and well placed as a stopover near the M1. Places to eat or shop a short drive away.
Room was a nice size and addition of a microwave and fridge plus ample supplies of tea, coffee and milk was very useful.
Bed very comfortable and location quiet.
A wonderful stay. We stayed in the Tack Room which was clean, cosy and very welcoming. Wayne sent directions prior to our arrival and check in was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were staying for a visit to the Kilworth House Theatre which was only 20 minutes away by car.
Absolutely beautiful property and the rooms were stunning,
Nicely tucked away and quiet but the room provided you with everything you would need and more, highly rated and made for a perfect stay!
Fantastic accomodation for our weekend away. Very comfortable, everything we needed including a fridge with cold water, lovely snacks, and even a bottle opener! All finished off with lovely decor, making it such an inviting space.
Couldn't fault this place, the room had everything I needed, the bed was comfy, it was quiet and Wayne was really helpful, providing very detailed info on accessing the property, parking etc. WiFi was good too,
Very clean, comfortable , well decorated every thing you need for a four nigh stay.
Friendly staff and the room and everything in it smelt gorgeous and fresh.
Would highly recommend staying there
Best place we ever stayed at during this trip. The Manger room was fantastic and a good value. Wayne, the host was very accommodating and had lots of info on the local area. The pub across the street was wonderful as well. Only nit is that the front made noise every time the wind blew. I suggest weatherstripping so it doesnt rattle. Nevertheless it deserves the 10 out of 10 rating it has on Expedia
Lovely room in a quiet location, checked in late, but had very comprehensive instructions, would have happily used this accommodation for a longer stay, good selection of drinks/snacks.
Excellent facilities and so easy. Great instructions on what to do when we arrived out of hours. Very comfy and clean room and a delightful place to stay - will definitely use again.
