The hotel exceeded our expectation with the quality finishings. Its a luxurious hotel within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was amazing! "Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise. Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues. Check in was busy but we were seen quickly. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "
