The morning breakfast was incredible—fresh fish, a huge variety and a great system so you can wait in your room until a table is ready. Family of 2 adults and 2 10yo—- great location to Kyoto Station— we will return! "

"The room was big and the shower and bathroom were separated. Amenities were very thoughtful, like face mask and bath bubble. The location was 10 minutes away from Nishiki Market. I would go back and stay more. "

"Very clean room including the bathroom and shower considering it is shared. The staff was very nice and accommodating towards us even as foreigners. Staying at a ryokan is a bit of a culture shock but after the first night it you warm up to it and get a great experience. Food was also delicious."

"Very refined and traditional inn, where the incredibly gracious host makes you feel straight at home. Breakfast is lovely, the whole hotel is spotless, and the onsen bath is a definite highlight. Very quiet neighbourhood, with all the major attractions a bus ride away. I hope to visit again soon. "
