"Our recent overnight visit to Maya Tulum by G Hotel was truly delightful. Right from the start, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of, making our short escape a memorable one. We arrived early in the morning, well before the usual check-in time of 3 pm. However, Ricardo, a friendly member of the staff, made sure we could settle in early, allowing us access to our room by 11 am, which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They took great care of us, ensuring that our needs were met and that we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. We especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi, which was clean and set to the perfect temperature for relaxation. Ricardo kindly showed us around the area, making sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Although our visit was short, it left a lasting impression. We're already planning our next trip back with our 2-year-old son and my wife. As owners of a travel agency in Paris and Miami, we'll definitely be recommending Maya Tulum by G Hotel to our clients, knowing they'll have a fantastic experience. Overall, our time at Maya Tulum by G Hotel was characterized by excellent service, cleanliness, and tranquility. We're looking forward to returning to this wonderful destination soon."

"We loved our stay here! Friendly and helpful staff and such a beautiful property. Location is excellent- walkable to Tulum Center or a very quick taxi ride. Also very easy to get an affordable taxi to the beach areas. We also both got a relax massage during our stay here and really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend and we are actually looking to come back sometime in the future. "

"This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft ."

"Very welcoming staff. They remember your names and personally attend to your needs. You have everything you will need in the rooms. We stayed in the jungle room and it’s so peaceful. You can hear people talking outside but that’s the experience. Cannot expect to stay in a eco friendly hotel and expect everything modern. It’s a beautiful change from the daily hustle. Restaurant has high quality food. Limited vegetarian options if you are planning to stay for more than 2-3 days. Beach is small but private. Recommend this place without any hesitation."

"This is the most romantic hotel I have ever been to, It’s so relaxing, Everything is so pretty and it makes you feel connected to the jungle and the sea The only challenging thing was that there Weren’t any lights in the bedroom, which is nice to disconnect and have a different experience, but after two nights with no light it isn’t that much fun. Still, I will go again many times, Highly recommend"
