"They put us on the 2nd floor that was being renovated. It looked like a war zone in the hallway to our room which was at the very end of the hall. Breakfast was minimal and not refreshed when it was gone. "

"Well, the breakfast was lackluster, not that it was bad, just wasn't the best, wasn't a whole lot to pick from the fruit was minimal. And all they had was oranges, no waffles. It just wasn't a whole lot there. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was clean. Staff was nice. Polite, the pool was not open yet. Would I stay there again absolutely if I come back in the area, I will stay there again just eat breakfast somewhere else."

"Great place for our family of four in the Franklin area. It seas do nice to have our own space to spread out. The property was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked. We arrived very late our first night and it was a nice surprise to have coffee creamer in the fridge waiting for us. There was a full bag of coffee as well! The only small detail that would have added to the comfort was a couple of ottomans in the living room to rest your feet on. I’d definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again if we’re in the area. "

"The property was fine. It was clean and the staff were ok. I was charged a $50 hold and they kept the money even though I literally just slept there. The room was exactly the way I found it when I left. "

"Not much was offered at breakfast. The lobby is very simple and made me wonder about the rest of the property but the room was in excellent condition and very clean. "
