"I stayed here during the ice storm in January of 2026. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were working around the clock to assist guests that lost power in their homes. I am thankful for their hospitality and highly recommend!"

"Great venue, cozy and right next door to a coffee shop. Easily accessible in the heart of Franklin. Walking distance to most shops and eateries. Had a party of 6 for a bridal weekend. Will definitely book again in the future. "

"This house was beautiful and it was a perfect place for me and my family. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent some time walking around the neighborhood and got to meet some of the neighbors who were all super sweet. The house is on a dead end so the street is quiet which we really appreciated. We love Franklin so hopefully we’ll get to stay here on our next trip back."

"We had a wondeful time in Franklin. Our stay at the King Suite Highland House was comfortable and cozy. It is very close to the fun activities on main street. The house and neighborhood is quiet. The host has taken care of all the details to make this home beautiful and welcoming. It was so clean and fresh. The deep soak tub was a bonus."
