The house' location is very practical, close to the parking but no big disturbance, and we had the top floor with magnificent view from both balconies on the mountains. The house is clean and bathroom is recently renovated. For our family this was perfect. Family V. are friendly people! Perhaps the kitchen (cutlery) may get some attention. We did not smell anything like in the other reviews.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung
Wir bereisen das Saas Tal jedes Jahr und waren auch diesmal wieder in dieser Wohnung. Diese ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Terasse und Balkon. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch sonst gab es noch nie Komplikationen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und den Standort weiterhin.

Eigentlich gut, aber:
1) Katastrophaler Gestank 2) durchgelegene Betten 3) nur eine Toilette 4) kein Toaster
1) Die Wohnung stinkt entsätzlich, vermutlich durch nicht dichte Rohre in den Wänden!

Haus Venetz
Die Wohnung hat uns grundsätzlich gefallen. Die beiden "Kinderzimmer" sind tatsächlich sehr klein und ein Bad ist bei Vollbelegung etwas knapp. Zudem ist die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgerüstet. Unser Hauptproblem war jedoch, dass in der Wohnung während der ganzen Woche ein unangenehmer Geruch lag, dessen Ursache wir nicht orten konnten und den wir auch mit intensivem Lüften nicht wegbrachten.

Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Wir schätzen die Lavabos in den Schlafzimmern sowie die zwei Balkone. Die Lage ist auch gut. Die Kinderzimmer sind klein und ein bisschen dunkel.

Geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung im Dachgeschoss
Für unsere Skiferien war diese Wohnung sehr passend. Zum Ausladen kann man mit dem Auto sehr nahe ans Haus fahren, und für die Bewohner des Hauses steht ein Handkarren zur Verfügung. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist super heimelig, die Kinderzimmer etwas klein aber ausreichend nur zum schlafen. Wir schätzen die Wohnküche mit Eckbank und Esstisch, sowie den Komfort des Geschirrspülers und Mikrowelle, und benutzten das grosse Wohnzimmer daher kaum nach den tollen Skitagen.

Sehr angenehme grosse Wohnung, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, in der Nähe vom Parkhaus(praktisch zum ausladen).einzige Nachteil, es hat nur 1 WC/Dusche.Gern wieder.
