The lower floor has two additional separate bedrooms, each with a separable double bed (180cm wide), a bathroom with shower and WC, another bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooker, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a large living area with a dining table.
