2 room apartment with south and east balcony. Nicely furnited, living room with 2 sleeping places as well as a bed room with a double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, coffee machine, water heater, fridge small freezer shelf, hairdryer, free wi-fi, flat screen tv, radio, cd-player.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Sheets and duvets with cover, bath towels and kitchen linen are supplied and are included in the renting fees, as well as experience tax/Citizens’ Pass, parking space and water/electricity. During the summer high season the arrival/departure ist restricted to Saturday, no other agreements possible.
