The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, a ceramic glass hob, a coffee machine, a water heater, and a freezer, providing everything needed for a self-sufficient stay. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a hairdryer, a flat screen TV, a radio, and a CD player throughout their visit. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping you effortlessly connected during your stay. Sheets and duvets with covers, bath towels, and kitchen linen are all supplied and included in the rental fees, along with the experience tax, also known as the Citizens' Pass, a parking space, and water and electricity costs.

Holiday taxes apply depending on the season of your visit. During the summer season, running from 01.06. to 31.10., the applicable rate is CHF 7 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged between 6 and 15.99 years, per day. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged between 6 and 15.99 years, per day. Please be aware that during the summer high season, arrivals and departures are restricted to Saturdays, with no alternative arrangements possible.
