Downtown Commons Luxury Loft

Location, location, location! Walk everywhere within a few blocks. Enjoy the best of what downtown has to offer without getting in a car. The Golden 1 Center is just 1 block away, The state Capitol 3 blocks away, old Sac 6 blocks away. Catch the summer events at Caesar Chavez park just 2 blocks away. Choose from a huge selection to Grab food & drinks at. All while enjoying peace and relaxation in a private luxury loft that is designed to provide relaxation from the daily grind of life.
This is a residential community so we ask that all guests respect the residents by limiting activities and noise in the hallways and loud music and noises in the apartment.

Leave the trash bag tied and in the trash bin, place in the hallway for garbage pick up nightly by 8pm.

Parking: If you added parking you should have received those directions along with parking level and spot assignment separately. You can still add parking at any point but can take a couple hours to process sometimes so please plan accordingly.
