Stayed here with a group of friends for July 4th weekend. Micheal was such a great host and the house was beautiful and the property and home are so well kept. Photos don’t do it justice. The check in was easy and the housekeeper Sandi was so accommodating and very helpful with clean up and anything we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great weekend.

What a wonderful experience our group had while staying here. Michael’s attention to detail in creating such a beautiful home with so many amenities and in helping us check in were truly unmatched. Michael is an incredible host and we spent a lot of time talking about when we could return and rent the home again. We’re so thankful for the amazing weekend we spent here. The outdoor theatre, the massage room, and all the living spaces were really exceptional. The grounds are unique and pristine. We really love it here.

A stunning oasis in Sag Harbor

Absolutely incredible property - stayed here with a group of 17ish friends for a weekend and we were blown away. The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is stunning, the decoration of the house is impeccable. Michael, the owner, was super responsive and helpful leading up to the stay and during. The house is private and secluded but still within a 10 minute drive to downtown Sag Harbor. Blown away!

Enchanting ✨

We stayed here with 10 adults and 5 children under 11. This house is nothing short of magical, from the moment you pull into the long driveway. The property is just magnificent. The house is charming and perfect for a big group. The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do for everyone. There’s the pool, the barrel hot tub, tennis, basketball, the outdoor movie screen, saunas , pool table, the list just goes on and on. We had the best time, we never had to leave the property! And Michael! What an amazing host, so accommodating and friendly. We absolutely loved everything about our trip here. If you’re thinking of booking this house, let this be your sign to do it!

dream stay - best vibes

Our experience was wonderful! Michael was ultra responsive from the moment we first reached out to book and through our entire stay (I’m talking immediate responses to everything) The check-in was super informative, and quite fun too because Michael has great energy. As for the house, what a labor of love! It is very well kept, and very comfortable to spend time in. There are SO many small details that have been considered, which make your experience better without you even realizing it. The grounds are pretty magical too - stunning garden, trails, tennis court, koi fish pond (with moving water, so no mosquitos), outdoor sauna, teak hot tub, pool… and the list goes on. My kids adventured all over the place every day. The main house is well-stocked (feels like you are staying at an actual person's house, but with zero clutter), and all the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The cottage (above garage) is close enough to the house that the person staying there feels they are part of the group, all while having their own space. The whole house feels that way, actually - always connected, but with your own space. It’s also a biohacker’s dream; IR sauna, gym, red light panels, outdoor sauna. Location is almost perfect - 10 mins from ocean, 10 mins from Sag, 6 mins from Bridge, 30 from Amagansett (“almost” bc you do get a few planes that fly overhead sometimes, but not in a bothersome way.) We all agreed that we'd happily come back here any/all the time. Thanks again :)

5 star beach vacation

Very spacious, quiet and private home in a convenient location. A large variety of amenities make this stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the pool, tennis court, and fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach and shopping. Michael is an excellent host!
