Beautiful views of the sea and pool. On the 3rd floor with elevator. Entrance hall, living room with TV, and renovated and equipped kitchenette: fridge-freezer, 2 ceramic hobs, coffee maker, and microwave. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the other with a 2x90cm pull-out bed and a wardrobe. Small mezzanine with a 2x90cm pull-out bed. Shower room and separate toilet. Electric shutters, 2 fans. Secure parking. Idyllic setting for family vacations. Maintenance kit. RES. WITH SECURE POOL, open from June 1st to September 15th. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.
