My Home Connexion exclusively offers this magnificent village house, fully renovated and available for seasonal rental! Located just a few minutes' walk from shops and the charming village of Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, in a quiet residential area, this house is ideal for families seeking rest and tranquility, or for holidays combining sport and culture, thanks to the many must-see sites in the region.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a superb high ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV lounge. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises four large bedrooms, each with a double bed that can be converted into a single bed, a bathroom, and a shower room, both separate. The house offers high-quality furnishings and bedding.

The garden, the shaded terrace, and the 10.5 x 4 m swimming pool with a safety cover are perfect for enjoying the sun and the Provençal warmth.

A concierge service is available during your stay.

Cleaning and linens are included. A fixed amount may be deducted from the security deposit if the trash is not taken out by the tenant, if the house is left in a deplorable condition compared to the check-in inventory, or if any linens are missing.

Tourist tax is not included in the price (€1.44 x number of adults over 18 x number of nights). Security deposit: €2,000, payable by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before arrival.
