"Room was not super clean. Walls needed a good scrub along with doors. Weird splatters on them. Also pool area smelled really bad. Could be the construction. The pool gave my kids a really bad rash too. Definitely needs some be looked at. "

"The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned."

"Toilet had difficulty flushing; stayed with a dog and had to pay separately. The breakfast was not good; coffee ran out. "

"The dead bolt didn’t work and we didn’t dare touch anything. Luckily we just needed to sleep so was a quick stay. If it were painted and had new hallway it would make a world of difference. Property is across from a pool and ice rink for local college teams, they should invest some money and capitalize on that."
