"Friendly staff clean room "

"Stay here twice a year. Love it and the proximity to the college. Highly recommend!"

"What they don't tell you is parking at their hotel is $15.88/day in addition to the nightly charge + taxes. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower doors didn't close all the way and water leaked on the floor. We turned the tv off when we went to bed and couldn't get it to turn back on the next morning. Buffet was not good."

"I had emergency surgery and needed to reschedule our stay. Over ten attempts to reschedule, all unsuccessful. Each time, I was told I would be charged anywhere from $209, to over $500. Same room, just different dates. I was also told I would not be allowed a chair in the back of the venue for a concert, that I could sit in “ the bathroom”. What a terrible facility, horrible customer service. I didn’t want money back, just wanted a chair for the concert, and to reschedule the stay so we could enjoy. Disappointing to say the least. "

"It was a nice place to stay, the staff were very nice. They surprised my husband with a gift for his birthday, which was the purpose of our visit. The hot tub was a nice amenity. The main thing we didn’t care for "
