"Eine neue Bungalow Feriensiedlung für Autotouristen. Als Wanderer auf einer Vulkanwanderung hat es kaum Alternativen. Die Einrichtung ist ganz neu und das Essen ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig; es muss an einem Kühlautomaten bestellt werden und kommt in Glasdosen heraus und muss im Zimmer in der Mikrowelle gewärmt werden. Nicht die typische französische Gastronomie."

"After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you. "

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"Value for money, we did not pay a lot so did not expect a lot but were pleasantly suprised. Standard room, no fuss, bit dated, but despite being in center of town quiet. We do not mind coming back. Parking a bit of a challenge though so keep that in mind, old town, small streets."

"Chambre sale et poussiéreuse, à l’image de la salle de bains. Interrupteurs et télécommande poisseux, appliques tordues et couvertes de poussière, fenêtre vétuste, rideaux tachés de rouille. Aucune insonorisation : musique et cris jusque tard dans la nuit. Rideau de douche moisi et malodorant, joints noirs. Papier toilette déjà entamé par les précédents clients, tout comme la boîte de mouchoirs. Peinture défraîchie, porte de salle de bain marquée de taches douteuses. La liste pourrait s’allonger...
