"The dinner meal was good but the breakfast was outstanding ! There was well cooked bacon and it’s the first time I have this included in a breakfast in France. Wow ! Thanks to the Polish woman who was in charge of the breakfast. But there was a flaw. The noise from the other rooms was extremely loud and this doesn’t make sense in a hotel. I could hear the words the people were saying. That absolutely doesn’t make sense. There should be a solution for that MAJOR problem."

"Our family (3 teens) stayed in 2 rooms in summer. Nice, quiet stay. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and we were centrally located for day trips to Nimes and other locations. The pool was very nice. I wished there were mini-fridges in the rooms, as storing cold beverages would have been a welcome option during hot weather. "

"The Auberge was such a great place to relax after our daily excursions visiting the wonderful villages in Provence. And we didn't even think about it when we booked, but the pool was such an amazing surprise. Tuck in the countryside, away from the hotel, this is the way. Would come back here in a heartbeat."

"Set in the scenic hilltop town of Venasque, Provence, this hotel is a gem. It a picturesque, peaceful and cozy place to stay. The owners, Sophie and Jerome, are the most helpful and attentive a guest could wish for. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in on this three week trip through southern France. I look forward to staying for much longer than my brief stay."
