  • Stylish Salford Quays stay for up to 7 guests. Enjoy a bright living space with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms with quality linens. The standout games room and a pool table adds a fun, social touch. Perfect for families, friends, or contractors, with easy access to MediaCityUK, The Lowry, and Manchester city centre. A unique, comfortable base for work or leisure stays.
    PLEASE BE AWARE:

    The property has ONE allocated car parking space in a shared secure carpark. Due to previous guests taking in more cars and using other peoples parking spaces, we have had to introduce this notice.

    IF YOU TAKE MORE THAN ONE CAR INTO THE CARPARK AND IT IS REPORTED TO US YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FINE OF £100 PER CAR / PER NIGHT OF YOUR STAY.

    We ask you as a guest to be considerate of the houses around us. Further abuse of the parking will lead to the removal of the secure parking from the booking.

    Please note:

    Depending on the security cover on the channel you booked this accommodation through we may ask for a £100 security deposit as part of the booking, this will be refunded to you 2 days after checkout if no issues are found with the property
    Where possible Cleaning fees are included in the overall cost for you stay if they are not (channel dependant) they will be detailed separately when booking.
