Although a lot of hotels take a card on check in for additional charges such as the bar, breakfast etc, this hotel actually takes the deposit from your card at the time and then refund you a few days later rather than only processing charges on check out. Not sure this is a great way of dealing with customers as you have to check that you receive the refund. "

"Overall stay was fab, staff were amazing and the place is very welcoming. We had a spa day and overnight stay which was amazing the only thing I will say is the spa amenities could do with a revamp like the steam room and sauna area"

"Had arranged for the hotel to have a taxi for us in the morning. Was waiting for taxi 1/2 hour past the time pickup was arranged. Spoke to taxi service and found out no reservation was made for us. Hotel dropped the ball big time. Not happy at all."
